Project Context
Having conducted numerous investigations and provided training on workplace harassment,our team understands that this persistent issue affects not only employee well-being but also organizational productivity and reputation.
With this in mind, we have begun developing an AI-powered tool for reporting and managing workplace harassment.
This tool, leveraging natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, aims to provide a secure and anonymous platform. It will enable employees to clearly understand their company's harassment policies, document incidents of incivility they witness, and confidentially report cases of harassment.
